Our pharmacy team is available from Monday to Friday from 9am – 5:30pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, UK bank holidays and UK public holidays.

We offer next day delivery. For all orders over £799 (excluding VAT), next day delivery is free. Delivery charges are subject to VAT. Please refer to our delivery options page for the full details of the range the delivery services we offer.
- What is your cut off time for same day dispatch?
Our cut off time for same day dispatch for UK deliveries is 5pm.
- Can I order refrigerated items on Friday for delivery on Monday?
No. Please note all refrigerated goods have a maximum 24 hour transit period in order to ensure the safety and quality of the product. We do offer the option for Saturday deliveries. Any refrigerated items orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- What are the prices of your products?
We can only present you with this information when you provide us with your valid registration number (GMC, GDC or GPhC) or pin (NMC) as we only advertise our prices to healthcare professionals. However, once you have registered on our website you will be able to view the prices for all of our products.
- How do I place an order with the pharmacy?
If you are registered with us on the website, you can then use your prescription to place a pre-order. Simply log on, go to the Shop page and choose your products. You then have the opportunity to upload a scanned copy of your prescription, choose your preferred carriage option and submit your payment details. If ordering through this method, we will need to receive an original paper copy of a prescription within 72 hours of placing your order. Alternatively, you can either fax a copy of the prescription to us on 0208 545 7712. - What is Smartway Aesthetics Supplies return policy?
For safety and hygiene reasons we do not allow the return of medicines and medical aesthetic products. We kindly request that you open and check all the contents of your order upon receipt. Any issues must be reported to our pharmacy team immediately with full details of the discrepancy by telephone on 0208 545 7731 or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If a return is accepted for a damaged or faulty product by pharmacy team, please ensure that the agreed returns method is followed and the item is returned as received. Your statutory rights are not affected.
